Product Description

This MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine, customized for SERIES, is a high-end Marking Machine integrating "paint stripping + traceability": an 800 mm X-axis moving module equipped with customized 6-station tooling, a 100–300 W JPT M7 Mopa Fiber Laser, and EZCAD software, perform precise paint stripping and serial number marking on two components of the smart cockpit. Dual-button programming automatically retrieves the corresponding product's graphics, laser parameters, and coding files; the entire tray is placed, and it can be started with a single button, eliminating line changeover time. Through deep API integration with the customer's MES system, it transmits paint stripping results, marking results, and marking content back in real time, achieving digital closed-loop management. If some metal brackets still require impact-type deep marking, a miniature Pneumatic marking machine can be installed side by side, sharing the Fixture and data flow with this Laser Marking Machine. The MOPA laser is responsible for "paint stripping + cold marking", while the pneumatic micro-punching is responsible for "deep marking + anti-counterfeiting". The dual marking machine process enables the intelligent cockpit components to be fully intelligent from "paint removal" to "marking".
