Product Description

This air-cooled dual-oscillation Handheld Laser Welding Machine is an upgrade from the standard Handheld Laser Welding platform, replacing the single-oscillation welding gun with a multi-functional dual-oscillation Welding Torch. Compared to traditional single-oscillation systems, it can switch between circular, square, and Other beam patterns, creating larger and more uniform weld seams.? In thin sheet metal applications, it can perform penetration welding with a single click, eliminating the need for pre-drilling or filler material, achieving efficiency comparable to a Laser Marking Machine. Due to its precise and low heat input characteristics, it has become the preferred choice for small-batch manual production lines of lithium battery packs. We have also developed a specialized nozzle with a pressure plate for tab welding, ensuring that each weld point is as precise and controllable as with a laser Marking Machine.
