Product Description

This handheld electric dot-peen Marking Machine, featuring a 150 x 50 mm marking area, was custom-engineered in response to the specific requirements of an OEM client. Although this client was already a distributor for our standard 120 x 30 mm model, they were not satisfied with our existing steel-casing solution—which offered easy scalability—when seeking a model with a larger working range. After the client carefully assessed the marking area dimensions required by their own end-customers, we designed and customized this electric Dot Peen Marking Machine utilizing a unibody die-cast, anodized aluminum alloy housing to ensure a consistent and uniform aesthetic. Furthermore, to manage the weight increase resulting from the expanded marking area, and following consultations with the client, we opted to mount a more compact and lightweight electromagnet onto the Fixture—despite its higher unit cost.
