Product Description

Whether it's injection molds for plastics and rubber, or die-casting molds for metal parts, defects such as wear, cracks, collapse, chipping, and pinholes can occur under long-term high pressure and high temperature operation, leading to tolerance drift, decreased precision, and even premature scrapping. This YAG mold laser repair welding machine, with its high instantaneous power YAG laser, can precisely weld cracks and fissures in one go under real-time guidance from a CCD camera and optical microscope, leaving almost no heat-affected zone. Combined with a dedicated worktable for overhead crane loading and unloading, injection molds for 380–1000 t injection molding machines can be quickly positioned and changed in seconds, achieving "repair and production immediately."

On the same production line, if only marking is required instead of welding repair, it can be switched to Laser Marking Machine mode with a single click: using the same YAG light source, a QR code, serial number, or date is printed on the mold cavity surface via galvanometer scanning. This allows for mold history tracking while avoiding secondary damage caused by the steel needle impact of traditional Pneumatic Marking Machines.

In Other words, this machine serves as a "Mold Repair station" during the day and transforms into a Marking Machine production line at night, offering dual functionality.
