This African customer had previously evaluated various small handheld laser

However, the marking efficiency of these low-to-medium power systems fell far short of the customer's expectations. The customer specifically requested the use of a portable laser system to achieve a pure black or very close-to-pure black marking effect on stainless steel surfaces.

Marking Machine to a client, but the client was not satisfied. Subsequently, Chuke's engineering team carefully reassessed the client's application needs and provided samples of marking efficiencies ranging from 100W to 500W power levels. Based on this data-driven assessment, Chuke recommended a solution centered on JPT's latest 300W air-cooled M7 laser (model: YDFLP E3 300 M7 M R), along with two interchangeable quartz field lenses: a 100mm×100mm field
Lens for fine marking and a 300mm×300mm field lens for large-area processing.
The client's budget was sufficient to purchase a 500W M7 laser from the same series. However, the physical size of this laser exceeded the size limitations of common small chassis. Even with a custom-designed small cabinet, the overall weight would increase significantly, directly impacting the client's core requirement for portability. After thorough communication, Chuke and the client jointly decided on a 300W configuration, which achieves the optimal balance between high power output and practical handheld usability.
Chongqing Chuke Intelligent provided the client with two different marking processes for achieving high-contrast, dark marking on stainless steel: deep gray engraving and defocused annealed pure black marking. The client will make the final process selection through actual testing after receiving the laser marking machine.
