UV Laser Marking Machine (355nm wavelength) was a highlight of the exhibition. Utilizing "cold processing" technology, this machine achieves a focused beam spot diameter of just 15 microns and a heat-affected zone of less than 0.1 mm, enabling precise stripping of coatings from plastics like PET and PP without damaging the substrate. During the on-site demonstration, the equipment simultaneously engraved bilingual Chinese and English labels, production dates, and QR codes at a scanning speed of 0.1 mm/s. The markings achieved a contrast ratio of 92% and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 microns, fully complying with international standards.
The CNOOC delegation praised the equipment's performance in curved surface marking accuracy and multilingual compatibility. A technical representative noted, "Traditional inkjet printing is prone to wear, and fiber lasers are prone to damaging the substrate. Based on the daily rental rate for a single offshore drilling rig, this technology could directly generate hidden revenue exceeding 10 million yuan."

Their independently developed robotic welding system integrates visual inspection and data traceability, achieving efficient stamping at 80 times per minute with an error tolerance of less than 0.05 mm, a 40% improvement in accuracy compared to traditional processes.
